The following procedure will help us meet your needs and ensure you have a great place to stay the moment you arrive in Tampa:

    1.  Call (813) 857-2211 or (888) 887-0178 to make a reservation with Nika Corporate Housing.  (Do it as early as possible to provide yourself the widest choices in communities; there is no penalty if your orders get changed or canceled).

    2.  After arrival at MacDill, proceed to the base billeting office "MacDill Inn" and obtain your Statement of Non-Availability.

    3.  Contact Nika Corporate Housing office and arrange for your personal move-in appointment and community tour.

    4.  Relax and let us take great care of you!
