At Nika Corporate Housing, we are concerned about your health and safety.  So in order to provide you with the best living environment possible, we take extra care in preparing your new temporary home.

Here are just a few of the steps we take to protect your health:

• We thoroughly wipe down all surfaces with a commercial grade disinfectant.
• We sterilize or replace all utensils, flatware, cookware and drinkware.
• We sterilize or replace all linens, mattress pads, bed coverings, pillows, and towels.
• We treat all mattresses in accordance with or exceeding Florida health codes.
• We have all carpeted areas professionally cleaned and sterilized.
• We replace all personal items on our inventory list (salt/pepper, plastic food storage, shower liners, toiletries, etc) before you move in.
• We routinely change air conditioning filters, and leave extra ones in the unit for your use.
• We routinely treat all of our units for insects on a schedule.
