Nika, Each and every one of your Staff has been a complete joy to interact with (including yourself). This entire process has been a breeze and I couldn't ask for a better experience. I have been treated better than I ever could have imagined. The condo was emaculate and all of little added touches were thoughtful and definitely appreciated. Hi Nika,
I am writing to thank you for the fabulous effort displayed by you and your staff to make my recent stay in Tampa so enjoyable. You may recall that I live in Albany,NY and have endured the long winters here for most of my life. My wife loves to ski and snowshoe, but winters in the northeast simply leave me "cold"... and grumpy.
Last fall, my wife and I decided to test the waters of my living and working in the south for a month or so, while she stayed up north. This was a huge step for us as we have been married and living together for almost 27 years. We both knew that this would only work for me if several criteria were met. I needed to be in a VERY nice apartment complex with a gym, near restaurants, stores, and beaches. I required a two bedroom/2 bathroom apartment with wi-fi internet access, and I only wanted to be in Florida for February through the first part of March. I also wanted to be centrally located to major highways.
For various reasons, I decided on Tampa and contacted a few rental agents including Nika Corporate Housing for assistance. To my surprise and delight, my email was answered with a phone call from you...the owner. I outlined exactly what I was looking for and expected you to hang up right then and there. Not only did you stay on the line, you worked with me over the next few months and even showed me a few apartments in Tampa on a short visit in October.
After a few "near misses" you contacted me about a 2BR/2.5BA at the Phillips International complex. I had never seen this particular place, but I decided to take a chance on it. Wow! What a great decision. I spent approximately 6 weeks in a fabulous apartment, in a fabulous facility, with a great staff. The location was absolutely perfect and you gave me a very fair deal. I loved every minute there, was able to be as productive as I am working in my office, and plan on returning next winter for at least two full months.
I want to thank you and Kay Paredes for doing such a fabulous job for me. I have no idea how you were able to accommodate all of my requirements so perfectly, as well as handling some last minute changes to my arrival date. I will be contacting you in the late fall to start the process of finding an apartment for both February and March. Unfortunately, you have set the bar very high for yourself, so I hope you can match your last performance! I have every confidence that you will and I will only be working with Nika Corporate Housing from now on. Congratulations on a job well done!
